After graduating in Law, Tom spent 30 years working in the Offshore Oil and Rail industries. During this time, he amassed considerable experience of representing, negotiating and most importantly mediating between employees and their employers.
Tom qualified as a Family Mediator in 2011 and has experience in both child and finance issues. He has also worked as a presenter of the ‘Parenting Information Programmes’ (PIPs) and been involved in conducting the PIPs Plus pilot scheme run by CAFCAS on behalf of the Courts.
Tom is a member of the College of Mediators.
He was also a school governor for many years, gaining extensive expereince in dealing with the family dynamics and child centred conflicts involved in running a busy school.
Charlotte is a highly experienced psychotherapist and family mediator. She runs private practices in London and Bath. She holds masters degrees in both Law and Psychotherapy, and trained as a mediator with NFM. In addition to her therapy and mediation work, she also works in collaborative law as a family consultant alongside solicitors. Her specialist areas include stepfamilies, addictions and special needs.
